Irish mobile app developer Element Wave has launched a new mobile customer relations management (mCRM) app titled Mobile Moments, claiming it is the first of its kind in the gaming business.
The fully automated solution uses in-app messages, push notifications, real-time analytics and post-
campaign reporting to help boost mobile player engagement and retention.
Mobile Moments includes a dynamic Funnels feature where players can be segmented into different
stages of the conversion funnel and then targeted with tailored individual campaigns.
The platform is fully measurable with reporting that highlights which campaigns are most effective at
moving players onto the next stage of the funnel.
Dorothy Creaven, co-founder and CEO of Element Wave, said Wednesday:
“The gaming industry has been lacking a fully integrated, advanced mobile CRM solution. The inability to fully engage and retain mobile players is one of the biggest challenges facing the sector at present. Mobile Moments has been specifically developed to solve this problem by analysing every app session, in-app action, deposit and bet placed by every single mobile player.
“Personalisation is at the heart of the platform; giving operators the power to create push notifications and in-app messages that are specifically tailored to each user. Player loyalty can only be achieved if users feel special, and if they do, they’ll keep coming back.”
Element Wave’s client list includes major industry companies like Betsson, Bwin.Party, Colossus Bets and the Irish Greyhound Board.
The company is planning a round of investment later this year to help secure further growth in the gaming industry.
Founded four years ago by Creaven (formerly with Google) and the current CTO, James Harkin,
(previously at Nortel Networks), the company has won several industry awards for its innovative products.
