Chukchansi to implement SG Universe mobile suite

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino (Chukchansi) in Coursegold, California has awarded Scientific Games a contract to provide its Promotional Kiosk solution as well as its mobile business-to-business SG Universe solution.

A long-standing partner since 2003, Scientific Games’ SG Universe mobile product suite will further empower Chukchansi to increase player engagement at home, on-the-go, and during each visit to the casino floor.

Platforms included with SG Universe include Mobile Concierge™, offering unique marketing features and the company’s white-label social casino platform “Play4Fun Network™”.

Chukchansi Director of Marketing Deann Kamalani said in a press statement, “Scientific Games has been a terrific partner to Chukchansi, and we’re confident that Promotional Kiosk will streamline customer service and give us another marketing channel, while SG Universe will allow us to reach players at home, in the casino, and on-the-move, changing the customer experience and giving us a 360-degree view of our patrons through Core Systems Integration.
