The Isle of Man internet and mobile gambling software developer Microgaming has revealed in a statement that the launch of mobile Blaze Poker and mobile Bingo is “imminent”.
The statement notes:
“Microgaming is gearing up for the imminent launch of Blaze Mobile, which will offer its popular fast-fold poker game variant to players, and soon-to-be introduced Mobile Bingo.”
The company has a heritage of more than 8 years in mobile gaming, and has developed a ‘swipe and tap’ interface with rich and meticulously detailed graphics, delivering a smooth gaming experience.
Blaze is Microgaming’s take on the popular fast-fold style of poker, and has been available on the company’s desktop client for some months. The company network claims that speeds up to 300 hands an hour are achievable.
The Microgaming Poker Network recently enjoyed a 33 percent surge in traffic due to factors that are not yet clear (see previous InfoPowa reports). The network counts several major industry companies among its skins, and there has been speculation that the IGT Poker (formerly Entraction) withdrawal could generate more action on the MGS network.
The company’s mobile portfolio is supported on over 3,000 devices that include all leading advanced mobile handsets, tablets and platforms, including Apple iPod, iPhone and iPad, BlackBerry and Android powered devices, as well as feature phones.
