The online gambling platform firm Tain has added a new and versatile communications tool to its customer service inventory, integrating SMS technology from the Swedish mobile solutions provider Globalmouth AB into its online gaming platform.
The technology has a number of applications, claims Stockholm-based Globalmouth, enabling Tain licensees to add a diversity of SMS services to marketing and customer retention management processes across international boundaries.
Globalmouth CEO Nicklas Jonsson says his company’s product will offer Tain the ability to verify registrations, password changes and withdrawals using SMS while additionally offering clients bonus, VIP and deposit offers.
