Intralot’s Italian subsidiary, Intralot Italia, has widened the appeal of the company’s interactive gambling offerings in Italy with the launch of mobile sports betting product SportsMobile.
Announced in January this year (see previous InfoPowa report) SportsMobile has been developed using HTML5 technology to deliver feature-rich sports betting that includes pre-match and live betting.
SportsMobile is fully integrated with Intralot Interactive’s online gaming platform and is part of a series of mobile-first products developed by the company to capitalise on the company’s global sports betting footprint and leverage the latest technology.
George Zenzefilis, CTO at Intralot, said this week:
“The SportsMobile roadmap for the next few months includes further attractive patent pending propositions that we believe will redefine the mobile punters’ experience and we are confident for its success in not only Italy but also our global operations.”
Emilio Iaia, CEO of Intralot Italia, said he was confident that the new product would prove popular with Italian punters, and described the addition of SportsMobile as an important element in the company’s strategy to grow its i-gaming business in the Italian market.
