Irish mobile online poker site upgrades software

The Ireland-based mobile poker operator Switch Poker launched major software improvements to its Android, iPad and iPhone poker service Wednesday.

Among the upgrades are pre-action buttons (check/fold button), automatic top-up, pot-sized bets and overall increased speed.

The site has also added the popular pre-paid e-cash payment option Ukash to its list of deposit and withdrawal methods.

A spokesperson for Switch Poker said, “We believe these most recent upgrades will be of real benefit to our players.

“They’ll experience faster software, easier top-up and betting options and a handy new deposit method that will make their Christmas poker experience much more comfortable.”

Switch Poker blog reports that the company has also launched Bitcoin-only tables making it the world’s first poker site to offer both real-money and Bitcoin tables.

The Bitcoin 0.01/Bitcoin 0.02 NLH 6-max tables are roughly the equivalent to $0.10/$0.20 tables.
